I have two (2) 2018 Crosstreks and I want to start setting them up for off-roading. If I change over to this breaking system, I assume the front and rear breaks are the same. If not, please tell me what I need to do differently for the rear breaks.

So the rear brakes are much smaller on basically all vehicles, for this you don’t necessarily need to upgrade the rears as the front is where all the force is being applied, if you chose to upgrade anyways you would need adapter plates and 2006 wrx 2 pot rear calipers
