Probably his best bet for becoming a billionaire in the next 4-5 years would be starting an incubator of some sort and seeding some real estate / fin tech startups and then leveraging his massive brand name in real estate to give them traction and sales. I just don’t think the vehicle he’s currently in would be suitable to make him a billionaire on that time horizon. That’s unless his Sell like Serhant program is popping off or his production company is doing thousands of listings a week.

He said it's the volume in sales his group did. They take around a 5-7% cut on this (also depends if they have the full retribution or not). Idk how they divide it into the group, but he takes at least half of this because he's the boss. So take the amount they made in sale and make it times 2% (0.02) to 3% (0.03) just to have a conservative number, then you've got an idea of his salary. Edit: Oh and I didn't count his expenses yet. Nobody's saying he's a billionaire except people who don't get how real estate and comissions work. aka you

100+ agents, 2-3% of the sales is commission, so that makes you about $75 million, now deduct office space, expenses [phones, insurance, broker fees, lawsuits, legal], employer contributions, he'll take home $20 million a year if he was a business genius.

Love the little clips as they are motivational BUT title is misleading - selling 2.5 plus billion dollars in real estate across a team of double digit agents in multiple locations does not mean that Ryan himself pockets that amount. He would get a percentage of that in commission. Am sure he is multi millionaire several times over but I’d be interested what the actual take home numbers are for him vs the total number of sales for the entire business

He's worth much more than 30 million. The valuation of SERHANT is most likely 20 billion given 10x revenue similar to other brokerages. Depending on his equity, his stake is probably in the 100s of millions

@@resa574 😂😂😂 considering they've only been around for 3-4 years I highly doubt that. In fact by Oct 2023 they had done $4 billion in sales total. So no they're not worth 20 billion or more and he's definitely not a billionaire. Research is the least used tool in society today.
