Whew chile!!! Once you go smoked, ya never go back!
Robert’s smoked meatloaf is a game changer! This sweet, smokey and spicy dish is savory and delicious!
For the meatloaf (4lbs): the video shows double the recipe.
1 whole diced bell pepper
1 whole diced red pepper
1 cup of bread crumbs (add more as needed)
2 eggs
1 ok Lipton beef soup mix
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
All seasoning below-season to taste
Soul food seasoning
Salt free seasoning
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
For the glaze:
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup chili paste
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (add more as needed)
1 habanero pepper
1Tbsp smoked paprika
Simmer until the sauce thickens and allow it to cool.
Smoke the meatloaf for approximately 3 hours or until it’s temperature reaches 165 degrees.
