We are getting our old abandoned scooter back on the road. The scooter, which had been dismantled in a garage for many years because it was not working, finally found itself in the Restoringo garage. It is enough to watch the video to witness the revival of the scooter, which has been waiting for years in the depths of the garage, as it cannot be repaired because it does not work in this adventure.
In this restoration process, since the scooter did not work for many reasons, especially engine pressure loss, ignition failure and fuel problems, all of them were repaired one by one.
The rings of our engine around the piston have been changed, and valve training has been done to prevent valve leaks.
Due to the high cost of the existing CDI ignition failure parts, a universal CDI system was adopted.

Çok teşekkür ederim. Eski xmax bulursam toplamak isterim. Karbüratör aslında o kadar zor değil birkaç dikkat etmeniz gereken yer var sistemde hava kaçağı olmamalı özellikle karbüratör sonrası boğazda. Benzin hava karışım vidası tam sıktıktan sonra 1.5 tur gevsetilmeli. Bu genel bir ayardır sonrası motorun çalışmasına göre artirilip azaltmak lazım. Gerisi zaten söküp temizledikten sonra toplamaya kalıyor.

Tabiki çok iyi ustalar var dedeğin gibi fakat gönüllü değiller işin ya kolayına kaçıyorlar yada ucuzuna bedel almaya geldiğinde fazlasını isteyip bide seni yıpratıyorlar. Evet plastik tamiri boyama elektrik aksamı mekanik motor tamiri ustalık ve azda olsa istiyor fakat satış yapan bayiler yeni motorları tanımıyor satan yetkili ithalat fabrikaları diyeyim aslında firma (Mondial, Rks , vs) ne parça konusunda nede katalok konusunda sıkıntılı buda aradığımız benzeri parçaları zor buluyoruz. Bulunduğun şehri bildirmemişi. Çalışmalarında başarılar dilerim.

Çok doğru tespitleriniz var yeni alınan 300-400,000 lik hepsi bir birinden farklı olan uzak doğu menşeli motorların çoğunun servislerde ve piyasada yağ filitreleri bile bulunamıyor. Artık eskisi gibi genel geçer parçalarda kullanmıyorlar her motor kendi spesifik parçasını oluşturuyor. Fren balatası yok, yağ filitresi yok bunlar bir motorda en sık değiştirilen sarf malzemeler. üzülmek çok yorucu :(

@@restoringo Selamlar hocam. Yanlış görmediysem arkada 525DSX duruyor. Eğer yanılmadıysam ve motor size aitse aynısı Voge grubu içinde geçerli ne yazık ki. Ne fabrikanın motordan haberi var ne de ‘yetkili servis’lerin. Yetkili diye nitelendirdiğimiz servisler ellerinde orjinal yağ filtresi bulundurmuyorlar daha. Durum çok üzücü.

Evet Voge' nin rodaj bakımında serviste filitresini değişmedi çünkü yok.🤔 Başka araçların uyuyor diyorlar ama serviste olmaması çok kötü. Maddi olarak değersiz ama motor için çok önemli bir parçanın olmaması hakkında ne desem bilemiyorum.

Actually, different colours would have been more striking. I thought about it a lot, but I thought that the round lines were not very suitable for colour variation. I tried to contribute to the design only with red details.

Sah ja ganz gut aus, dir Motor Revision. Ich hätte aber gleich einen neuen (Malossi) Variator eingebaut, hätte sich bestimmt gelohnt.

Tatsächlich könnte es, wie Sie sagten, eine sehr effektive Methode zur Leistungssteigerung sein. Allerdings habe ich die Originaltasche und den Riemen gekauft und behalte sie als Ersatz. Ich werde es in der nächsten Wartung ändern.

Bonjour. Bien sûr, j'aimerais aider. Ce système d'allumage n'est pas réellement un système d'origine. Il s'agit d'un système d'allumage adapté. J'ai utilisé ici un CDI connecté à 4 broches alimenté par batterie. Établir cette connexion est très simple. Si vous écrivez sur Instagram, je peux vous l'expliquer avec des photos. Pour donner des informations préliminaires, les pôles + et - sont connectés à ces 2 broches. Le câble de signal et la sortie de la bobine de bougie d'allumage sont connectés aux 2 autres broches.

With all the work you did think I would of melted some stainless steel fine mesh on a lot of the cracks shame after all that work they crack going over time good video though

İlginiz için teşekkür ederim. Restorasyon projelerim bireysel ve hobi amaçlıdır. Bu süreye direk etki ediyor maalesef. Bazen bir hafta boyunca hiç atölyeye gitmedigim oluyor. Ama kısaca söylemek gerekirse 3 ile 5 ay arasında projelerimi bitiriyorum. Bazen çok fazla detaya inip süreyi gereksiz uzatıyorum ama bu benim için zevk.

Very good job 👍 but gray color on plastic looks chip on my opinion, maybe use some more expensive color with metallic effect

Thank you very much. That's how this project ended. I'll make improvements but it won't go into video anymore. Actually, I could have organized a survey during the initial painting phase. Maybe in other projects, we will determine the color selection with surveys. In this way, your valuable ideas will be rewarded. Say what.?

@@restoringo The gray looks very good 👍 On the whole with the semi gloss black and red trim, it looks very nice and understated. The opposite can look "chip"... 😂 Thinking of buying a 150 Derby Boulevard next week. This was encouraging 😊

Usta Videonun tamamini izledim eline sağlık Türkiye'de ender ustasin çünkü böylesine eski bir bilinmedik motoru böyle bir titizlikle toplayan bir usta yok İstanbul da emin ol :) bir dünya motorcu dolaştim granaj tamiri yapmio çoğu ama sen sifir gibi yapiyorsun helsl olsun ❤

ho messo like per il tempo dedicato ad uno scooter (che possiedo e adoro) che ha un valore che è praticamente zero e capisco anche che proprio in relazione a questo si è voluto risparmiare quanto più è possibile, ma con lo stesso impiego di tempo (e denaro) avreste potuto fare un lavoro qualitativamente migliore, specialmente sulle finiture. che dire...ad maiora...

In effetti, non mi interessa molto il valore materiale degli oggetti che restauro. ma hai ragione, d'altra parte sarebbe meglio vedere uno scooter raro in cambio di tanta fatica. Ho cercato di mostrare il processo di modifica in questo video. rimanete sintonizzati. ho alcune moto speciali, scooter e ciclomotori. farò il loro restauro rispettivamente. saluti.
