Start with a little olive oil and saute all your veggies, the carrots the onion, i would add green peppers too. Once the veggies are softened add a tablespoon or so of flour, cook for a min or two to cook out the raw flour taste, then add your liquid bring to a boil to thicken a bit, add your cooked chicken , No kee, seasoning, bay leaf simmer a bit. At the end add cream, spinach, simmer till spinach is softened...take out bay leaf and enjoy thick flavorful soup.

I think that his version is supposed to be the quick way... just throw everything in a crock pot and walk away. I make mine the way you suggested. It is very good that way.

Be sure to RINSE all contents after opening these packages:))) My mother always did this therefore I have too. But my homemaking teacher obviously didn’t follow this practice and didn’t teach us her students either. Several years ago I happened to notice a black hair thru the cellophane wrap in the meat case so I took it up to the meat counter suggesting they may want to rewrap. The employee seemed offended so I told her I thought it might be better that I bring it to them instead of the manager and she softened her tone. Good grief.
