Unfortunately, customer support resumes to:
"We know our machine better than you"
"Why did you disassembled it"
"You can ship it back to China at your own expense"
"The "problems" you think are normal assembly processes in production, but you don't have this ability , otherwise everyone can produce it."

Really sorry to hear about your experience. I recently bought the smaller X-4 and I guess I got lucky with the build quality, or perhaps they're doing a better job manufacturing the smaller machines. I did replace the controller with a pokeys57CNC, so I can run it with Mach4, and I also switched out the spindle and am setting it up with a junior sized ATC (thanks for the great video guidance on this Nikita S.). If anyone wants to do same, don't hesitate to message me.

Damn dude real shame, outside of 1 piece of warped bed extrusion and reassembling a gantry plate to lift it up 1mm my X6 has been great. Not that I'd buy it again or recommend it anymore.

Hi Michael. Your findings are very inline with what everyone said in the forum. My question is is any of those things a deal breaker ?

You may be lucky and receive a good one. I wouldn't buy one a second time. They do not account for damage during shipping, they do not admit any fault (as seen on the forum) and this is the final response when you tell them you will post the truth on youtube: "1, I have told you that we will not reply to any questions that are not related to technology. We do not want to play games with you and waste time. Now we finally understand that you don't want any help at all. You just want to get back some or more money. 2. Your imagination is very rich, and we did not apply for compensation from DHL, because based on our past experience, DHL will find various reasons and refuse to compensate. You have tried it and it has been proved that DHL will not compensate. 3. Due to your continuous unreasonable accusations and threats, we will no longer provide you with any services and help. And we will not provide any spare parts replacement services，even if you want to buy. Remember, we will never be threatened by anyone." I really believe there is something wrong upstairs... It's your own decision.
