On 3 Performance Tech - Clocking a Turbo Properly

We see not only our customers but others with turbos not clocked and end up with a failed turbo. This is essential to allow the turbo to properly drain. If you are new to turbos or about to tackle an install, watch this video to understand how to clock your turbo when installing your kit.

Don't do it the turbo's are ebay China crap rebranded knock off's, do your homework before buying these,don't last 2000 miles on 8/10 psi boost 👎

What turbo unit have you got?,like the one that's on that truck or the one that's on that engine stand?

I got 15k miles on it no problem 10 psi

Yeah. I don't understand how people aren't just born with an innate knowledge of how automotive turbochargers work

Joshua Barkey, the guy in the video makes it sound like there is a plague of people having issues with smoking and ruined turbos because they don’t clock the turbo. Simply have someone install it for you if you have to watch a KZfaq video to tell you one of the BASIC steps of turbo charging.

@@ryanabitter yeah, I just don't get how people don't come out of their mother understanding automotive turbocharging. I mean, I never had to learn anything about my turbo build, because I was born knowing all of it.

@@ryanabitter thank you Ryan, I'm probably going to need the luck! That being said, anything that can be explained in a 2 minute youtube video probably isn't heart surgery levels of difficult. In fact, my intake compressor is now properly clocked thanks to this video! Plus, if you already know how to, why are you here?
