Hi Janelle, It sounds like you've improved an amazing amount! The fact you maintained your habits is a key sign of how far you've come in a fairly short period of time. Very awesome. It's also smart of you to realize 'okay I just slept for 15 hours, we're not getting the 10,000 steps in for a bit and that's okay.' I think you'd really appreciate this wholesome podcast episode as well. : An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth | Rational Reminder #226 Keep up the good work :)

Thanks so much! It's been a lot of years of hard work with habits and self-improvement, so it's always encouraging to see tangible growth :) Thanks for the podcast recommendation! I haven't gotten around to reading Chris Hadfield yet (other than his children's book haha), so that looks like a good one. I'll definitely check it out. I hadn't heard of Rational Reminder, but their main content looks interesting too. Do you have a favourite podcast?

@@jenellecarter Rational Reminder IS my favorite podcast. Although as a Finance major that moderates the community discussions surrounding the podcast, I am biased. There's a lot of great thought-provoking, more general episodes mixed in with the nerdier finance ones. At the same time, I think everyone could stand to benefit from more financial knowledge.

@@FFAs That's awesome! I was frustratingly late to the game before I learned about investing. Financial knowledge is something I was never taught, so it's great to have free content like that nowadays. Thanks for sharing that! I haven't gotten into any financial podcasts so that'll be a good one to check out. Most of my knowledge comes from KZfaq - I've enjoyed Andrei Jikh and Steve Antonioni the most from what I've come across.

@@jenellecarter Yeah... It's worth noting that the content of RR puts any youtuber to shame. A fair amount of what KZfaqrs tend to preach is unfortunately misguided.
