Fancy reading some eBooks in LIVING COLOUR? Well this device claims to allow you to do just that! And it does. Pretty much.
This jolly eBook reader lets you listen to music, watch videos, read books and even play with a little piano. But is it actually competent at any of these tasks? I won't spoil it for you, but you know how these things usually go down...
At least it comes with its own screen protector and USB cable. And a nice box which opens up like a book.

Punk Fuzzent not really. I just had an urge to try to think of the most offensive and 'taboo' thing I could write. I mainly just said that as a writing exercise of sorts. I don't care what somebody who obviously isn't educated about furries has to say about them. It's not like I'm going to change the mind of the "hurr u fuck animals furfag" guys, so I take what they say with a grain of salt. Sometimes I like to make a game out of it though and see what kind of shock value I can go for

PDB was a very common e-book format. Kindle will read it as well IIRC. It was originally made for Palm OS and Windows CE.

I know this comment is very late, but the date of this video puts it in a time period when Project Gutenberg didn't seem to convert from text files (where they started) to other formats, like epub, very well. My experience was it took probably another 3 years or so before I trusted their epub files enough to use them directly from their site and not grab them from, say, Manybooks, which had better formatting. It probably was the file you were looking at, which a comparison with the Kindle wouldn't show, since the Kindle uses an entirely different format.

Actually, Ashens, that is an American wall plug. American plugs have two vertical prongs with circular holes at the ends. Sometimes they also have a 3rd ground prong blow center the other two. Not that you care. XD

Sorry, but I think any ebook reader with an LCD screen is just a cheap tablet. E ink is what makes a true ebook reader: Confortable reading as it is in real paper, and battery lasts ages. Also, ebook readers are dedicated computers. Kindle has pratically no functions unrelated to reading, it's main screen is an index of your books and documents, and the included browser is good for little else than diplaying text. There isn't even a calculator (at least the paper white doesn't). I think this is important, as the absence of other features allows the device to have minimal (and cheap) hardware but perfect performance. If you want to do other stuff, like playing games and watching videos, buy a honest tablet or smartphone, not a fake ebook reader.
