Excellent job! That is a lot of hard, highly skilled labor. This helps put things in perspective coming from an American. Could you of used heated chisel to cut the top off instead of hacksaw?

hacksaw is only manual work, the heat for the chisel comes from an lpg (butane) tank which is expensive over here ... You might be amazed but gas is more expensive than in America. I used to work there in telecom industry , that is why I know, nowadays I returned to Eastern Europe ...

kalau pakai pahat yang dipanaskan akan lebih susah untuk memotong bahan plastik dan akan membuat bekas potonga yang lebih lebar, maka akan lebih sulit untuk menyatukannya kembali

It's skilled job. But not for everybody or every contry. Most of contries has environment act, the sulfuric acid and its subsidiary products cannot be dumped to ditch or drainage system. It would heavily fine.

You won't find any such shops in the US because the EPA doesn't want the general public contaminating the air, ground and water table with lead, lead byproducts, acid and burning plastic.
