This full length pregnancy yoga flow is designed with the first trimester in mind. So whether you're currently feeling nauseous, exhausted or maybe even a little anxious, this yoga class is for you.
Please use as many yoga props as you need during this practice. If you don't have a yoga bolster or block, you can use pillows, blankets and books from your home.
