I made the chicken and potatoes tonight It was a winner winner chicken dinner! Hubby liked the sauce especially Served it with steamed fresh green beans The sauce is good and creamy but not overly rich I did add 10 minutes in the oven but i didn’t have as much chicken and potatoes as you did Thank you for another fantastic mea!❤️

If I don’t want chunks in my tomatoes, I drain it then stick my immersion blender in and blitz it while in the can. Saves a mess. I not doing spaghetti right now either. My mum loves it and I’m over it. 😂 but since I’m her caregiver I make it for her.

I'm glad to see you're feeling better! I was starting to get chronic bronchitis for a few years, but thankfully giving me inhaler treatments early on seems to really helps me to fight it off better! All of these recipes look great as always. I truly do appreciate how ACTUALLY simple your recipes are. As someone who finds cooking to be a lot after a long day, I really do appreciate your quick and truly simple meal ideas.

I’m definitely gonna try that bbq chicken and potatoes. It puts me in mind of the pulled pork loaded baked potato I love. Many of the same flavors, just using chicken instead.

All these recipes look delicious! I took Spanish in 12th grade in high school and still remember quite a bit. I bought a few books on learning how to read, write and speak Hebrew. Thats the one language I really want to learn since its the original language of the Bible. I'm learning, but I'm going slow at it. Thanks Mel for these amazing recipes! Hey Mel, this one was a STELLAR episode, I love Mustard so much I have probably 6-7 types in my frig at all times! Hope u kick that bug u have, I've had Bronchitis & Pneumonia way too many times! If the cough suddenly goes quiet, get to the Dr ASAP to assess if its solidified as Pneumonia somehow. Scary stuff! Praying for healing! 🙋‍♀️🦋✋️🏠✡️🌻💕💕💕

Taco spaghetti is a favorite in our house. Also requested for our church dinners lol. We have a little widow lady from up north who loves! She is having ri mive back up North next month and Leave Ga and she is so so sad. I think I will take her a few bowls Sunday. She can freeze a few. Think I will use the bow tie may defrost better lol..

For anything respiratory, you can put a thick slice of onion on the bottom of your feet, wrap in a plastic bag or thick cloth, put a sock over & leave on while you sleep. Onion draws out anything when it comes to the lungs. (A great-grandmother remedy). Btw, I'm not a doctor & don't play one on TV. 😀❤️🙏

Hey Mel I hope you are feeling better now. Your recipes looked great in this video. I’m making one pot taco spaghetti tonight too. We actually have had it before. The Dijon chicken recipe looks yummy I think I’ll be trying that real soon. It’s similar to one I make called Creamy Ranch Chicken, a family favorite. Take care and feel better soon. Oh an I too have been under the weather with a nasty cold/allergy mess; now the pesky cough just won’t go away.

All of these looked very good! When you made the taco spaghetti I was really bummed that I was having chicken noodle soup. (The pollen here in central Florida is doing a number on me. Even my brown car is looking green from all the pollen.) Glad you're feeling better...my day is coming. 😊

Personally I love spaghetti. But I too don't like big chunks of tomatoes so I usually buy Petite Diced Tomatoes.

Spaghetti always reminds me of the cheap spaghetti meals I had growing up. With the almost too-sweet and bland tomato sauce. Even if I use spaghetti pasta in a different dish, it reminds me of that. I usually go for another pasta.

You are not alone, Momma Mel. I also hate spaghetti. If I make it for my husband, I break the noodles into thirds so it's easier to get on the fork. But I'd rather have just about any other type of pasta.

I always use a small can of sauce gir taco meat .it sticks better to the hard shells .

I have been saying for year's. If it came down to giving up the MicW or AF i'd give up the MW. I even heat any leftovers in the AF. My husband is just the opposit. (too inpatient) about the only thing I use it for is warming a up of Coffee and melting butter. And Mom Mel, where can we find the Buc-ees BbQ Rub? I couldn't find on Amazon.

I agree, it heats up leftovers perfectly! And Bucees is a chain of giant truckstop/travel stores in the south and Missouri. They have become a destination all in their own. Tons of drinks, snacks, BBQ, clothes, home decor and more 🤣

She got it at Dollar Tree in the $5 area. I've been looking for it too bc I think it's perfect for a Barbie house! Maybe it will come back at the holidays?

Hi Mel! Quick, easy and delicious is calling my name!!The potatoes and barbecue chicken looks so yummy. I love a sweet and smokey barbecue flavor. I make a taco pasta in my crock pot so I know I'll love the skillet version. Yes!! I always use taco sauce instead of the water when making tacos. Makes such a difference. Thank you so much for these wonderful recipes. Since losing my husband last year, it's been a challenge to just cook for one person. I've come to realize I prefer to make the full recipe and that way I'll have leftovers to eat on for a few days. I work very long days and the last thing I want to do is spend an hour cooking and then cleaning up. These meals will be perfect for me since they're quick. Well, you've done it again, Mel. I'm excited to try all of these. Tfs Have a blessed week. ❤

It's just a little decor piece that runs on batteries. It doesn't put out heat or hold wax fragrance melts. But I have gotten so much enjoyment out of it. I got it at the Dollar Tree winter before last in the $5 section but I saw it there this past winter too.

I love all things BBQ flavored, pasta and sauce is an easy weeknight meal that you just made easier, and how can you ever go wrong with a cream sauce over chicken and potatoes???

Hi Mel,these are definitely delicious, however I was wondering if you have any easy or easier, healthy skillet meals that still taste great?i have to really watch salt,sugar and high fats.sometimes its a real bummer trying to make foods that aren't boring or lacking in flavor.any ideas would be great and so much appreciated.i sure hope you're feeling better soon 🤗❤️ lots of TLC and love to to you 😊🤗🤗🩵🩵🩵
