We all agreed he’s on PEDs but where the argument started to crank up is that they believe in his videos that he actually lives like that. I think he wants to have his entire system to be similar to human genetics from thousands of years ago. In order to be remotely close to the hormone levels that we naturally had during early civilizations, you have to take some sort of synthetic hormone because humans now only produce a fraction of the hormones due to adapting to more organized societies and domestication of animals for food. What we eat now has also been extremely deprived of nutrition because of how much we are damaging the earth. It all starts in the soil and modern society has not allowed the natural cycle through plants to herbivores to omnivore/carnivores because of the demand of food due to high populations.

For what it's worth, if you ate as much raw liver as LK says he does you'd be in the hospital. You'd either overdose on vitamin A, or get some sorry of bacterial/parasitical infection. Raw lived can be really beneficial as it's packed with vitamins and minerals, but 4 oz should only be consumed once a week tops. Among roids, we can add his diet to things he lies about. If y'all want to try some liver, go to your butcher and get chicken liver or canned from the store, fry them suckers up and hit em with your favorite sauce. Really complex taste with the texture of a bean.

These kinds of people are actually quite sad, Usually terribly insecure. And ironically, as healthy as they look, they’re a fqn train wreck on the inside in terms of major organs and systems that make up the human body. Our organs, nervous systems, cardiovascular systems, etc aren’t meant to process and distribute absurd amounts of these things even though some are endogenous. I think it’s a mistake to promote these things to young healthy men in gym culture these days.

I’ll never be over the fact that the guy who claims to be ultra manly is on a testosterone supplement. Testosterone Cyponate is what you get when you’re a trans man (or a cis man with a medical condition that causes low T levels), so that one’s not steroids. It’s just a synthetic testosterone replacement therapy. Which probably means he waxes his weird lumpy abs.
