wait, how do i (if I can) get this visuals out on, like, a big screen (TV, projector or smth on stage?); do I need in that case to connect an iOS device and only then, from the iOS device itself I can get the video on the big screen?

that is correct, all sequencing as well as audio is done on the OP-Z, where photo and 2D/3D video processing happens in the device or computer. from there you connect to whatever setup you want to project on.

Nice little video. A couple of questions; is the battery life really just 4hrs? And why are four tiny bits of plastic (for the encoders) over 30euros to buy?

I'm not affiliated with TE, but I have to say that the nice thing about the encoders is that they accept LEGO axles. So you can buy axles (available on e.g. BrickOwl for 0.004 euros), and then attach any compatible wheel, gear or liftarm. Or motor. So you can spend under 1 euro on the four encoder knobs, and get them in any shape or colour you want.

Ridiculous don`t you think? The radio aerial i got for the op-1 was under £2. For the very same unbranded one TE want £17.

yes, you can import svg files into the unity editor like any other assets.

No HDMI out from the op-z? Does that mean that if you don't have an ios device, you don't have a screen? meh...

correct, then it is a stand-alone sequencer / controller. there's midi out over usb. all 16 channels both send and receive midi

shame u did not implement that screen wihin the unit. I was hopin to see it there but its a useless plastic area at the end. carryin additional phone to have a display is kind of too much..

hello thank you for your input. the size, weight and price would have gone up, as well as the amount of natural resources needed to produce it, so since one does not need a display to use the audio capabilities of OP-Z we thought it would be best to let people choose to use a display if they wanted. many people already have a phone already.
