Hi Doctor, I have seen all your videos on piles and fissures and all are really helpful, what's the general feedback of patients who have undergone laser treatment? Is it good for long term? I have grade 3 piles and I see in mumbai laser treatment is available at some places, which one is best laser treatment or kshar sutra treatment?
