Recipe.
4 oranges
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
15 grams of vanilla
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of cornmeal
500 ml orange juice
cooling down
500ml cream
250 grams of cream cheese
chocolate chips
coconut

I find it hard to believe that this mousse preparation took only five minutes to prepare. I comment because it seems to have become common to indicate a recipe is quicker to prepare than it actually is. To do that is to mislead.

Because we had to watch all 4 oranges being sliced in half. That is corn starch; not corn meal. The egg is not cooked.

Ganz tolles Dessert......ist ganz wunderbar von meinen Gästen angenommen worden.........habe allerdings nur die Hälfte an Sahne und Frischkäse genommen......so war es noch leichter.......

5 minutes? The video lasted more than 8 and with accelerated results. This is a 30 minutes dessert at best. Yummy but not fast cooking.

Оказывается, что яйца можно заварить не только с молоком или сливками, но и с апельсиновым соком! А в остальном это рецепт " заварного крема" . Спасибо большое.
