160 g Water
20 g Flour
40 g Oil
Combine in squeeze bottle and shake to incorporate.
Use a generous amount of oil on the flat top. Drop batter in a circular patter, building up more batter than you would initially think to use. The water will begin to boil out. When the boil begins to slow and most water has boiled out, begin to loosen sides of tuille. Scrape off tuille and rest on servers linen to absorb excess oil. Reserve for service
