This Indian signature dish was invented in Delhi India in the 1950s at a restaurant called Moti Mahal. Enjoy the very first version of this dish. Few high quality spices harmonize the fresh ingredients.
NOTE: This is a different Butter Chicken than one you will have in most Indian restaurants because it requires the use of good fresh ingredients.
Heat Level: Traditionally served mild, but you make yours are HOT as you like!!!
