Orleans is best known for their hits "Dance With Me" and "Still The One". If you look a little deeper, you'll recognize a lot of other songs they had their signature on. Their story is a complex one with founding member John Hall quitting the band at the height of Orleans' success. It has all come full circle with John back in the band and another founding member Larry Hoppen out due to his sudden death. With all the other long term members still giving it their all, the band has continued with the release of this special DVD. It contains all their hits plus some brand new songs. The band also shares their rocky history in exclusive interviews salted with rare archive photos.

I did a show with them before Larry died. Such a shame. But, I've gotten to know Charlie Morgan (drummer) and have played with him in Nashville. Fantastic band!

Larry had a great voice, love John Hall's voice & songs, & Lance is a good showman - attitude, voice & beautiful eyes. All in that group (still) have something to offer. I hope to see them again in the future.

I use to see them all over N.Y. before they hit the BIG Time . They get BETTER with time like 👍 Fine WINE IF YOU Have the opportunity to see them DO IT you won't regret 💯 it at all

God if your up there, please find Larry Hoppen. You gave us music, and it he made it better. Take care of him and make him the music director of all those Angels flying around with harps they don't even play. Or plug them into a few Marshal stacks. Also, give him his wings, I'll vouch for him. Lastly, get Carlos Vega, Lyle Mays, (a newcomer and we are sick about it), Michael Johnson and Michael Jackson, Allan Holdsworth. who am I forgetting?

Like what? ...That it shatters the illusion of eternal youth? I find it inspiring to see the guys still at it, and still being capable on their instruments. I do miss Larry though..

Maybe bittersweet more than sad. I always thought these guys were incredible together, and yeah, Larry's voice is hsrd to replace

pretorious700 what is so bittersweet, i still get together with the guys i played with in Ithaca once or twice a year, love every minute of it,and these guys are great players ,i guess you just have to be in the other side to get it

richard collacchi been playing for 50 years, have musical relationships going back 40 or more....don't know how much more on the "other side" you can be. The youthful vigor and optimism is what is missing, and that is huge part of rock and roll....it's still fun, though.

this scene is played over and over in music isn't it....band makes great music..find success..breaks apart because they all think you can catch lightning in a bottle over and over...doesn't happen. The same egos that make for great confident music make for unworkable relationships. Just the way it is.
