It's really empowering to find out I've been praying/talking to myself ever since I learned to speak. Makes me feel I've been doing at least one thing right throughout most of my life. Thank you for this video.

"To talk to yourself is to talk with God". I really do believe that to be true even without the religious context. And I am truly happy for you that you are able to do so 😄. Especially becouse today most people have a hard time really talking to themselves, talking to their shadow and admitting to themselves/God that they are not all that they can be. If I may ask, are there any specific things that you do when talking to yourself? Like for example in meditation you just focus on breathing or sound, or some other form of ritualization. 😁

@@eversbrothersproductions1476 Nothing much, really. I just think a lot about many things that concern me at the time. I do this while walking to and from work or when I walk my dog or I just simply find the time to do nothing but focus on what's going inside. It's been a habit for about 20 years now so I never really consciously reflected on how I do it.

This series on Kierkagaard and despair is so rich. Thank you. I'm doing shadow work and until now, my life felt well good. But there was a longing words could not describe. In looking at my self, I realize I had stagnated. It takes bravery to take on the process of becoming who one is. I hope you'll do some pieces on Dostoyevsky and his work on the intersection of love, pride and shame. Super channel.

Thank you so much! I hope you are able to find yourself and make peace with yourself. I do want to make videos on Dostoyevsky in the future! He is one of my favorite authors 😄.
