As a young trapper I enjoy your videos , a wealth of knowledge . I am trapping private land from now on , live in Ontario and our MNRF has made a mess of our trapping on crown lands , with the First Nations consultations as a helper who was supposed to inherit the line from the 01 until our Government stepped in and from now on all crown land trapping rights transfers goes up for First Nations Consultations . And Fur Managers Federation did fuck all for me . 🖕Sorry for my rant Dave you have done so much for the trapping demographic. Thank You for your hard work .

Good to see ya back Dave hope every thing is fine, I feel your pain what didn't burn on my line they come and cut it really sucked, marten are starting to come back I am putting up some nesting boxes this year, and hopefully it makes a difference. No matter what all of my fur goes to auction I hope its a good one but what ever I don't see me not trapping any time soon . I broke some of my old traps out there’s a medium size pond in my hunting lease and there was 3 big beavers in it I finally caught one of the big ones last night or early this morning but I caught my 1st beaver today ever I got it skinned out got to flesh it tomorrow

Great stalk on the wolf! Not familiar with RTL's rules and regs So, if a logging company harvests a major part of your line and this RTL is government's land, shouldn't they be obligated to provide you with the like amount of woodland unharvested so you would have the same amount of ground to trap? Great to see you putting up some videos... missed them
