now that i think about it, imagine how confusing it is living in the outer banks.. first your classmate gets framed for murder then you think he and sarah died, then they come back, then he gets sentenced to death penalty, then the chargers drop, THEN they show up to a bonfire with different people and start a fight like bro what😭

The only thing understandable with Sarah breaking up with John b was because he didn’t really have empathy for her or tried to comfort her, but she shouldn’t have been mad that he was happy about her dad dying she knows everything her dad did to him and he has a right to be glad or not sad it’s like she excepted him to cry with her

I feel like he wasn’t even happy about it, it felt like he was just relieved. But I also think he should’ve comforted her and tried to see it from her perspective if he wanted her to do the same.

I do think whilst sarahs grieving she probably can't get her thoughts straight and can't make sense of why John B can't just comfort her as his wife rather than be happy he's dead. Weird situation to be in tbh

No one can expect John B not to feel some sort of satisfaction about Ward's death, but the thing that did it for Sarah is how he didn't even try to comfort her. It probably seemed like to her that his hatred for her dad is bigger than his love for her.

I get why Sarah broke up with John B because it's a messy situation, but she was doing the most at that bonfire. They both went to the bonfire to forget their problems for a little bit. Loved your reaction! Can't wait for the last three episodes! This episode was basically just Sarah and John B not communicating. They obviously love each other and I understand both sides, they just need to talk it out.

denmark tanny was a slave on the royal merchant and was the sole survivor of the wreck and ended up taking all of the gold to buy his freedom and buy property on figure 8. then he buried all the gold where they found it later in that well. The key and island room has to do with denmark tanny as well but it doesn’t have anything to do with the gold and i assume it’s also unrelated to the royal merchant

Again, I understand Sarah, but I can't sympathize with her after her actions in this season. I'm also not defending John B because he was also wrong for not having empathy with the situation his girlfriend / wife was going through. They were both wrong. I'm more on JB's side because Sarah completely downplayed the murder HER FATHER committed against Big John.

imo sarah was being ridiculous this ep. it was one thing to break up with john b (which idrc about, she had her reasons) but to come up to him and deliberately start shit at the bonfire was so uncalled for. she was there doing the same thing as him and jumped right back on the kook boat as soon as it was convenient 💀
