Brother, our hearts hurt with you two. Know that we love you and are praying for you both. Rejoice in the good times, and the bad. It's not easy, but as you know, God inhabits our praise! Continue to fight the good fight, and live life to the fullest. You are not talking too much, as we love you and wanted to know how she is doing. We appreciated the update.

My son once said to me , dad if there really is a God why would he take mommy for us . This question broke my heart . I told him that the Lord didn't take mommy away , he save hurt . He waited as long as he could and then stepped in at the very moment he felt was rite and took her form the pain she was in , not from us . My heart goes out to you and your family along with many prayers , never give up fighting and as we both know everything is possible through Jesus Christ ...

About 4 years ago I found a lump in my neck. Of course it was a malignant cancer. I was told it was a difficult one to cure and I must not expect too much. !8 months later I was sent home damaged but cured. I still am cured. I asked and was told the reason I beat the cancer was because I fought it and never believed I would die. Also I kept a positive mind and attitude. The Doctors and Nurses told me a positive my attitude might be what saved me, it certainly helped a lot. Perhaps you might pass this on to your lovely Wife.

You encourage and inspire us a lot, Mr. "O", and we're very grateful to you and your family for letting us share your burdens. That takes, and asks, a lot; especially for people in this modern age. Kia Ora As a 30 year survivor of Chronic illness I can tell you that your unwavering love and support of your wife is THE most important thing you can do for her. Knowing I can rely on my parter utterly when things are bad, with no question or grumble from him is the only reason I have survived this long. And at times it’s bad, the worst pain you can imagine, if I was on my own I wouldn’t still be here, but because I have that same commitment from him that you give your wife gives me a reason to continue. And I’m sure Mrs O feels the same. Bless you for being who you are. I’d also like to say how both your videos and those of other talented, dedicated You Tubers are also a huge blessing to me, you’ve all got me through many a long night when the pain has kept me awake. I even sometimes save your latest video for when I REALLY need the distraction. Please keep doing what you are doing, the world needs people like you more than ever. With love to all the Outsider family Beverley Aotearoa 🇳🇿 (New Zealand)

Dear outsider(s), Thanks for being a living sign of the greatness of humanity at its best. In a world that seem harsher by the day, it is people like you that make us feel there is still beauty, humanity, selflessness and hope. It make me ashamed about lamenting when I see what you cope whilst keeping a positive attitude. You are like a lighthouse in our stormy world and I have no words good enough to tell you how thankful I am for the human being you are. May the Lord protect your wife, your child and your dad. Our prayers are for their health, their and your joy. Thanks again. Pierre from Switzerland

I know it’s been 4 years but it still hurts not having my son. So it’s a huge blessing watching the two of you father & son. My message to you both is to cherish every single day you have together! I know my son was saved & I’ll see him again in Heaven one day. But that emptiness here on earth is still there. God bless you and your family. Each week I am nearly brought to tears by the power of your message, and by your faith. Your videos matter, and I don't think I am alone when I say how much I count on them each week. Not how much I look forward to them (which I do) but how much I count on them... They give me strength, inspiration and motivation to "keep fighting the good fight," all while reminding me to stay humble and kind. You make it look so easy but that is all more the testament to your character, because we all know that it isn't. Yet you stay positive, and inspiring. Your message reaches, and it resonates. The world needs more people like you and your family, what a better place it would be!

I remember watching the video you made with her - it was one of the first I watched of yours, but I have been here ever since because I saw how brave she is and how good you are to her. Unfortunately life is not something we can see ahead of or what it will be like. We just need to live it one day at a time and stay stead fast in the beliefs we have (regardless of what they are). We may not understand it now, but everything happens for a reason. Please tell your wife to focus ahead of you and do not waiver from the path! God Speed to you and your entire Family (from mine)!

My sister has serious health challenges, and every day contains some sadness and worry for her, though I try not to show it. She's amazing and philosophical about it....the one who keeps our close knit family going. I was so happy when she came along to my (pallet) cabin build for 2 weeks last Summer. She was such a great help, physically and spiritually. I watched her pain slip away as we worked through the tasks...2 women on a remote mountainside, just loving each other's company and getting it done. I empathise with your family challenges, my heart goes out to you all. Your wife reminds me of my lovely sister....beautiful, kind and wise. Wishing you all the best. You and your Dad are a hugely inspiring. Thank you.

I’m so sorry to hear of Mrs. Outsider’s condition. I’m on my second round of chemo myself following chemo, radiation and surgery at the end of last year. Faith and being positive has helped me through the bad days as there are many. All we have is time, our faith and each other. I hope that Mrs. Outsider has more good days than bad and her condition improves. I call it my special brand of misery that I know is necessary. Y’all are in my prayers and I hope you remain strong and positive as that is a challenge within itself. It was nice to see your pop in the video at the build site. I lost my first wife in 2007. She spent years battling debilitating depression and anxiety, she lost that battle, and now I was a single father of two kids. I had strayed away from the church after I graduated high school in the 80’s, chasing my dream of being an airline pilot. I changed my carrier path to law enforcement to be home more when I had a family. I know right, it wasn’t a much better option with stress, but it was what I knew. In the mean time, i found my way back into God’s path for me. My wife accepted the Lord through the suffering. I left my job after she passed to raise my youngest, who was six years old at the time. I found my way as a youth pastor and in that time, the Lord introduced me to my current perfect wife. I was lonely, and resigned to a life as a single parent and God’s plan for me was His to direct. That is when He showed me a rewarding life I didn’t know I needed. It is not without it’s trials, but it is with a peace the defies all understanding! I too had to eventually move on as a youth pastor, but it was what I needed when I needed it. God will show you the way, He has never let me down, even when I had no idea or understanding what was even possible. I can identify with your current situation, the unknown and security is difficult, but the hope and peace is always there in Him! Praying for your family, and you mission on youtube!

I have been watching you for quite a while and love your videos, and fun projects! My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer about 6 months ago, and is still battling. But I am very happy for your wife, and hope that she continues to be her best! Many of us feel the things you are going through, so feel the encouragement round and round!

Since your video with your wife last year I have thought about you both every time one of your videos comes out. You are both in my prayers. You're an amazing man and I know your wife is incredible also. I am disabled with a lot of health problems but have always thought of those that are in worse shape than me in my rough times. You are an inspiration and I know you are blessed to be able to take care of your family as you do. Thank you for sharing your life with us. It is so great that you have your Father to help you with the cabin build and in your life. May the Lord be with you all.

Good morning Mr. Outsider and Senior Outsider. I couldn't help but to cry listening/watching to your video this morning. I understand what you are saying when you feel like your family feels like you have your hands tied behind your back. That is the same thing I said repeatedly for the last few weeks. Let me explain. My 90 year old Father was in a NH here in Alabama and locked down on March 1. We were unable to see him, even through the window due to where his room was located. We were denied access to the courtyard to see him. His 90th Birthday was on May 8th. We got to see him and talk to him on his birthday and on one other occasion during this very long two months on zoom. He was crying the entire time. His mind was sharp as a tack, had lost nothing mentally but, his body was pretty much a wreck. Time had taken it's toll. On his Birthday, one hour after we get to talk with him, he crashed. His oxygen stats dropped into the 60's, temp went up and they transferred him to a hospital 1.5 hours away. Our hospital's ICU had shut down due to the physician that was the covid 19 physician, contracted covid. My Father was alone in a new place where he knew no one. Was able to communicate with the wonderful medical staff that stepped into our shoes and nurtured him so lovingly. We got to face time him but then he was so drugged due to so many issues, he didn't respond to us. But, we got to pray over him and the hearing is the last thing to leave a person so my Father heard our prayers but, more importantly, the Lord heard our prayers. My Father passed away with covid 19 on May 14th. Our wounds are still so deep and we watched for two months, with our hands tied behind our backs, unable to do anything. He had a phone in is his room and we were able to talk with him. He was so lonely, weary and sick. Today, my hands are no longer tied, my heart is broken not because he passed away, but the way in which he died. In the Nursing Home out of 78 patients, 69 patients had Covid 19. 31 employees. He is with the Lord and my Mother. God bless you young man, you are a shining example of love and strength. Keep on keeping on and please, give you beautiful wife my best wishes for wellness. May you be richly and lovingly blessed today and for all the days to come. Jeanie
