7 ай бұрынThis video is about making a tool for the Accu-Finish grinder from Glendo LLC. It is called a "30 degree reverse angel diamond wheel" which sells for almost $400.
If I am successful in building, the merit will be that the diamond wheels with different grits can be easily installed without a wrench. I hope you enjoy the video.
This is part 1 and yes PIS is in process to finish part 2...wish me luck!!

Merry Christmas Chuck! Did you use an 82 degree counter sink on your center hole? maybe you grabbed the 90 degree by mistake. Just a thought. Looks like the project is coming along nicely.

screw became too long when you cut plate 0.400 instead of 0.438.

Your screw is too long, Chuck. The washer/spacer you made took up the slack. Grind the end of the screw off by a mm or so.
