We install the lift kit on our Kia spectra, add even more wheel spacers, and i completely destroy it with a sawzall. Can JD fix my mistakes?

We used to turn the wheels around backwards years ago clean them up paint the rims white so they looked like deep dish alloys from 50 feet away 😂😂😂😂 and it worked 😂😂😂 keep up the great content

Wish my dad would buy junk cars liek you did growing up to fix up and mess with, living in the rust belt like you makes that impossible but I hope to do this someday with my son!

Should see about rhino lining the whole floor. Take out the seats and cover everything. The drain holes should work more efficiently. And then you won't have to worry about rust. Love the hard work and build so far

Really advanced level stuff there, JD! I'm a 50 yr old guy, and I'm not sure I could have gotten it running again, so efficiently. This reminds me of my old man, who's passed. Occasionally, I would figure something out before he did Thanks for bringing up good memories for me.

I too learned the hard way that there's a ton of wires down there. Now those rear mounted catapults need some sort of cable actuated trigger so they can be fired from the driver's seat.

I believe turning radius is why the old K5s/Jimmy's have narrower rear axles than the front.

Great job making your car go JD. In the future you may want to clean up the wiring, remove unnecessary wires. If it has no purpose you can remove it from a "gocart". Enjoy yourself most of all. Love your work ethic.

JD is awesome. While I didn't have a car as a gokart, we did have mini bikes and such as kids. Best way to learn is to try and try again till it works. This kids rocks. Good job Dad. You should be proud.

And c you my friend have done it your kid is out there working with his hand’s using what you taught him and figuring it out on his own that in itself is a HUGE win your a fantastic father sir and I think all your videos are great I usaly have to watch them twice because I have the attention span of a 2 year old lol keep up the good work

this is actually great reminder that even if you can do this in a video game ¨car mechanic simulator¨ which has its limits. no stuck bolts, no f*cktard bolt placements, in real life you need actual experience to realize what you can actually do with your hands, so good on JD for doing something other than scrolling tiktok/instagramming all day, i mean these are gonna hellova childhood memories i would say.

Holy cow! JD was an awesome host. Informative, educational and was being himself. A natural. More of JD a hostin' and a fixin'. I automatically assumed that you had taken instruction from your Dad JD, but to discover you did it off your own initiative is even more impressive. I know a lot of adults that would not have even known where to begin to fix things. You have blown me away! I have said it before and will say it again, that you two are so lucky to have each other.
