That sounds really nice! Nick didn’t get to see as much as he would have liked as he was busy working all day every day, but he still had a great time being apart of the event and talking to people. I got stuck home this time, but it’s a lot of fun! I am hoping to make it next year ☺️

I'll be volunteering again. If you can not wait till next year, in August there is the Overland Expo Mountain in Colorado 👍 (just saying🤣😎). No that I have experienced the Expo West, I know what to expect and how to do things a little bit better. One of the reasons why I could not make it around to see everything is the mind wants to, but the body says "Yeah Right!" I was hurting during the time I was up there (disabled veteran). Mentally is was awesome. Good therapy!. Take care and God Bless.

I think Nick is planning to go help out in Colorado as well. I won’t be making that trip either! Just too expensive for all of us to travel. Also, Our daughter was not a fan of the expo when we were there in September. I didn’t get to see hardly anything because she was bored and not wanting to walk so I just sat at camp with her and played games. Im hoping to get grandma to babysit for the next one 😅. I think for anyone it’s hard to see it all! It’s easy to spend time at any of the booths either talking to someone or checking out cool stuff! That’s so great that you were still able to enjoy as much as you could even though it was difficult. Thank you for your service! Hopefully next year you are able to get around and see some more!

Thank you! The roof rack is from prinsu and the bed rack is from front runner. The front runner setup had to be drilled into the diamondback bed cover. Currently thinking of switching to the uptop overland bed rack that bolts into where the kleets currently are on the diamondback. Looking for a little more customization. The front runner set up is very simple.

It’s a hitch mounted carrier from RiGd. It is a great option if you want to save some money and not go with a full rear bumper. It is solid, doesn’t rattle, and has a lot of options for mounting various accessories. Currently planning on swapping out for a high clearance rear bumper with swing arm from C4 fab. Been getting into more gnarly terrain and need the clearance. I do have a hitch skid which currently takes a lot of beatings lol. As for gas mileage I’m sure it may have a small effect as it adds weight, but the truck already doesn’t do well in the MPG department so did not notice anything significant. If you aren’t planning on rockcrawling your rig, the RiGd swing arm is perfect. It’s served us well!
