This easy overnight oats recipe will have you feeling good with the fiber, protein and healthy fats from the nuts, and will keep you feeling full.
By making a larger batch, it's easy to have multiple overnight oats servings ready for the week. The recipe can also be cut in half for a smaller portion.
Overnight Oats Recipe:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2-5 TBSP. maple syrup
- 3 TBSP. chia seeds
- 3 TBSP ground flaxseed
- 1-2 TBSP cocoa powder (optional)
- 2 scoops collagen powder (optional)
- 3 cups milk (almond, coconut, cows milk...)
Mix all ingredients together and put in the refrigerator overnight.
