Here's an easy recipe for an overnight pesto omlette. a quick casserole, truly a one-pot meal using my Hot Logic Mini personal portable oven.
The recipe is simple, you can build it in a 6 cup pyrex dish or similar vessel. Pop it into the hot logic cooker, plug it in, and come back for breakfast in the morning. You can also make this recipe in a slow cooker.

What a great way to make an omelette! Looks good Kathy! Wonder if you could make a quiche in the hot logic maybe putting the crust on top? 🤔

Thanks, Jim! well I don't think the top crust would work too good in there. It Doesn't get hot enough to do that, and the heat comes from the bottom so you can't get the crisp top. I find the hot logic great for most things that you could put in the slow cooker at a low setting. Nice to hear from you!
