Looks great! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and igf-1 and pesticides in meat. Thanks so much for sharing

Glad to give you the idea. It's awesome that you are adjusting your diet to protect yourself. I have been experimenting with some cookbooks that highlight recipes using cancer-fighting foods, so I'm hoping that some of my future videos will show recipes that you find useful too.

I love Ziti and this looks so delicious. Can this be made in a Hot Logic ? Also can you please list the ingredients needed? Thank you so much

I usually don't cook the pasta in a hot logic because the temperature doesn't get hot enough to boil the water. I reaches about 165 degrees, which is similar to the low setting on a slow cooker or crock pot. I would pre-boil the pasta and add it to the recipe in the hot logic, if you want to heat it that way. thanks for asking.
