Installing this oversized exhaust valve cover for 2023-2024 TBI 250 or 300 bike is an easy way to gain the bottom and midrange power you want, along with crisper throttle response. Fits all 2023-2024 250 and 300 TBI bikes. No refueling required. Better and safer than a high compression head, of adding bottom end. It's only $59.95 on pinitracing.com and includes a new gasket.

I want to give a shout-out for this product. I put mine on my 2023 TX300 and wow, the improvement in throttle response and mid-power lug ability is amazing. It also seems to have cleared up the throttle bobble. I'm excited to put on a new header pipe to get the full experience since my current pipe is really badly smashed.

Okay folks. I just had to add my $0.02 in here now that I have received this power valve cover and put it to the test up in the high mountains of Utah. To be honest I can't tell a single bit of difference so I guess my opinion would be that it's kind of a waste of money. Now. Maybe some other people will feel differently about it and have a different experience but on my brand new 2024 tx300 this device does absolutely nothing.

Just a thought, a $29.99 spacer and gaskets for the stock cover.

You say this is very noticeable for the 250sx? I want just a bit more pop right off the bottom. I have a TSP order through Southbay but I got an email saying “no longer than 4 week delay” :(. TSP is claiming very noticeable extra smooth power to help with clutch pops off the bottom etc. If you feels yours does the same I might tell Southbay to cancel and refund. I didn’t like dealing with TSP when I was using my ERM device on my TE150i. Whenever possible I’d also like to deal with US makers anyway.

Is something like this applicable to the TPI bikes?

Would be awesome to see the difference on your dyno.. I'm on the bubble for this though, I want one but $60 and might just be "SO" maybe you could include one of those funny snake oil stickers with these :) ...

I just received mine. Can I use the stock bolts? Because I did not receive any other bolts with the cover.

I just order two for both my 24 300s. I'll try it on my regular rider first and report back. I ride at 9K elevation in Colorado and run a high compression head and BR8EIX plug.

I think you should look into producing a clutch weight for the betas, they are now using a diaphragm style like ktm.
