Not meta wise, if you look at most dominant metas like goats NA has always been the first to pioneer these things. Korea will always play dive, EMEA will play brawl (not so much anymore but still 99% of the time) but NA is willing to cheese and play the meta

I think generally sure but its not a given that korea is always better, I see it a lot like saudi arabia in world cup where if the stars align for a perfect meta they can dominate

Korea has always been better than eu but lost to them in WC. All it takes for korea to lose is one bad meta read and the other region to have a good one

It’s has 0 to do with player skill and more about game knowledge/overall understanding of metas and willingness to adapt/experiment with them. Although I don’t 100% agree with this for instance when illari dropped owl teams were quick to revolve counter strategies around genji and kiriko completely forcing her outside the meta. However in other instances I do agree with this take
