$340k is cheap compared to here in the U.S. but as a soon to be retiree it’s not worth it to tie up that much of my nest egg. I can rent a beautiful condo for under $1k per month there and I don’t have to worry about selling it one day or having my kids inherit it when I die. Each to their own. Thanks for sharing it though. 👍🏽

Property maintenance for a year then a small fee? What is the number that is a small fee? And if buying the home you said you get an elite visa which you say is 5 years what happens after 5 years?

Hi, it’s best to direct these questions to the developer. If you’re interested can fill out the form pinned in the comments/description. Also the visa is minimum of 5 years but could also be a 10 year visa.
