I'm so glad they did both reference their surroundings in this short film. Quite apart from the valuable exercise and teaching that Patrick always gives, how can anyone do anything in a place that staggeringly beautiful without mentioning it?! I would have had trouble concentrating on anything if I had been in that environment. It carries you along with it, the wind, the sea, constantly moving. On another subject, I wonder whether Patrick has given much consideration to the value of breath work for those of us who cannot go out for a walk of the duration he suggests? Some disabled people or wheelchair users or those who cannot manage more than say 100 yards/metres for a walk, would still benefit from using breathwork, surely? The body would still benefit at differing times from being able to up-regulate/down-regulate breath (and emotions link to the breathing so much, too). There must be some benefit available to us, even if we cannot walk in surroundings like those shown in this film.
