I prefer Performance Enhancing Dudes. Whether it's guys like Meadows, Tate, etc; guys like Joey, Brian Alsruhe, Alan Thrall; or just a solid gym bro. Get y'all some Performance Enhancing Dudes and you'll see your gains skyrocket.

@@sean6459 I think he meant having a solid lifting partner around you is a way to help boost your gym gains? Though it does read like he's saying Alan Thrall is using gear, which Alan has stated multiple times he doesn't

2 most important things to do: 1, tell your doctor and do the bloodwork. 2, cycle on/off, give your body time to clean out. A third aspect that’s important but can be difficult, make sure the shit you get is real. If you believe you’re taking 800 ml/per week of test and your bloodwork shows your levels at >1,500, yeah it’s probably legit. If it shows

I think we need to see more transparency from top athletes, especially in strength sports. If the reason they’re not saying anything is because their sponsors wouldn’t like it, the athletes need to campaign for transparency rights and convey that they deserve better. If it’s because they don’t want people to have misconceptions, then they can convey that to the viewers/fans. PEDs will not magically make you the world’s strongest man or the world’s strongest woman. They are not free of adverse health effects. Never take them without consulting your doctor first. Other factors matter too for athletic success (genetics, diet, programming, consistency, recovery, etc.). You know the drill. Seeing average Joes make videos like “this is how I cycle” is okay and all, but it’s not what the sports need. Also, powerlifting drug testing is a joke. Something needs to be done about that, so that drug-tested means “drug-free” and not just “off cycle for a couple weeks before competition”. Having an interview session, public speech, livestream, etc. with the best strength athletes in the world hosting it would be best for bringing transparency. Mitchell Hooper, Victoria Long, Jessica Buettner, Lasha Talakhadze, etc. Having some sports medicine doctors as well would further increase the helpfulness of this kind of “convention”/“event”. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but the sooner we see something like this, the better.

I'm not trying to sound ignorant, just genuinely curious...did i hear you correctly when you said athletes might take PEDs to get into the NFL or to prolong a career in the NFL? I'm not from the US so i have no idea about the rules there. Was that correct? Is there not strict drug testing to catch those athlete's?

TRT I think is a must as you get older. But all these young guys juicing but nobody talks about having kids after taking this stuff. It's hard to get your body working right if you come off.
@CayleLutz
@CayleLutz Жыл бұрын
Why is it a must? I feel like this is something we are societally convinced people are okay. But we weren't using HRT for generations and people were fine. In fact people had higher test historically. I don't think TRT is a must unless your doctor says so after talking to them about symptoms, I worry that kind of blanket statement misleads people.

I honestly think anyone taking PEDs to be competitive in physical sports are just trash and shouldn't even be in the sport if they aren't willing to put in the work.
