Good on Stacy for being that forthcoming. That takes a ton of guts and I admire her for it.

If you wanna be the best in your sport, peds have to be viewed as just another supplement you wisely add into your regiment. Most of the people I've seen get into trouble with them have either a "more is better" mindset regardless of sides, or they worry SO much about the side effects that the stress mentally breaks them.

One of THE Best videos I've ever watched on this channel. I'm not exactly familiar with this woman, but I really love her attitude and willingness to share her experiences with this.

I don't ever believe I will ever do PE d's but I wan to thank you as a natural lift for being honest for other people and make it clear that they need to put in the work 1st and then if they decide later on down the road in a decade that that's for them and that's OK and it's a good point you're pulling 350 why are you on drugs As a trainer I tell people that all the time you don't start with drugs you start with your foundations

Another point… thanks to KZfaq and “freeded” professional athletes MDs that are smart are going to make good money helping these athletes by giving them good smart advice. Also what kids don’t hear is good base and discipline first the gear only helps get you over the bar not to the bar

This remains one of my favorite Table Talks ever. Never heard of her before and haven't seen her stuff since, but I recommended this particular episode to even some of my friends who aren't lifters (more endurance athletes) because it's just so dang good.

thanksgiving is not the unhealthy holiday people claim it to be. the food is generally pretty clean, it's just a high calorie day. i hit legs after dinner yesterday and i feel pretty strong and full today.

Turkey is pretty good protein source. It's the stuffing and gravy that are "unhealthy". Really it's just the amount of calories people tend to consume on thanksgiving which could be considered overboard, but if you work out it's not so bad.

Went to hospital last week..I had a panic attack & couldnt breath..The hospital looked at me & asked how much juice i took & told them..Then the whole hospital said id had a heart attack & it was cause of steroids..They had to do a camara to my heart to look for any damage..Then after an enormous amount of tests they said "yes ,it was a panic attack..I think the average powerlifter know more about juice than doctors 😢know..

This is very interesting and an important discussion from the female perspective. I personally threw up the big numbers in my 20’s. For example I bench pressed 225 weighing 150 pounds. Now that’s not close to elite athletes, but was pretty strong. I never considered gear because the long term side effects freaked me out. Today I am in my 40’s and still putting up over 200 pounds on the bench, no gear and no desire for it. Could I have achieved a lot more on gear? Most likely, but from listening to this discussion it really drives it home for me in my life decisions of the reasons for staying away from it. Thank you for the great video!

Gear is really harsh on the body, the female body can tolerate it better than men because of our period cycles but it still doesn't deminish how hard it is. Gear should only be used if you want to reach unnatural levels in your desired sport

Love that a bunch of tren might of got her to a 600 pound squat. More professional woman need to speak out in physical aspects of competing against males. Professional woman vs natural college guys so natural woman in sports against men game over
