I've read many testimonials that peppermint tea is very good for helping get rid of gas pain and it's good for settling your stomach too.

Just packed my bag , I have bought a new pillow case , a soft rug and new dressing gown . All my oils and crystals . I just need my comfort stuff so I feel normal . And my makeup and air wrap . I’m In hospital for 4 nights so I going to make the effort that I do at home because it makes me feel good . Xx bring on the 5th August

Hi Erin...Its been 7 months since my sleeve surgery and want to say a big thank you for all the tips and helps you've given me along the way. Down 64 lbs so far, going to lose 15 more and think ill be good with that. One thing I've done every 4 days in since 30 days after surgery is going for a 6 mile walk. I've only missed once since March. Not just wanting to lose weight but to be on great shape. For past 6 weeks I do 30 sit ups per day too. I used to not be able to one sit up! Thank you again. You're the best

Yes! This is perfect. I have duodenal switch surgery Friday November 5th I’m starting to pack today 🤩🤩 i adore maxie dresses but since I peaked over 350 it’s been bit tricky to find a nice dress I mean I really don’t care what my clothes are like except they are clean. I’m 360lbs now so nothing super baggy right now unfortunately. But I peaked at 380 in summer and it’s impossible to find comfy cloths now/ I’m so excited to slim down I’m so ready

Very helpful video! Thank you! My surgery is next month and about 2 hours away. They told me not to bring any extra stuff, bring as little as possible. Love the Maxie dress idea! Most of these will work when I get home so I'm going to start shopping.. I'm so excited to start the next step in my journey!

The air they blow into you is crazy. I never knew gas could hurts so much😣.I think i might have took some pain meds for the gas pains and not the incisions.

Thanks so much for your videos! One thing I might add is it's pronounced "dough-terra" not "do-terra" I have worked at doTERRA headquarters for almost 9 years and I'm so glad you love the oils! It's such an amazing company and the oils are just the best😍

I kept Luke warm clear no flavor Pedialyte it helped ! But then I got really thirsty for colder drinks ! I forgot to pack my kettle and fire bone broth

Do you mind sharing with me why you decided to have your procedure in Mexico rather than here in the US? I realize it's much cheaper, but why not have insurance cover it? Did you not have good insurance or didn't meet candidate qualifications?

I’m too scared to go out of country….luckily my insurance covered 100% once I met my out of pocket. Believe me took 10 years. However when it gets time to remove skin, I might peep out of country. Glad it went great for you.
