New to your channel. Went to my doctor appointment yesterday and my doctor suggested surgery for me. And I was shocked and stunned, happy, all different emotions and scared. I hadn’t seen any of your older videos, but I’m binge watching them right now. In this video you didn’t really talk about what you took to Mexico that helped you besides the Gas-X strips, your heating pad, and hot container for broth. I’ve been seriously been wanting this surgery for over a decade. Like you I have had eating disorders since I was 15. I had three kids and many other things that can make you gain weight, like medications and things. I’m 50 years old now and I have some serious health and mental issues. My Mom died at 46 and I was 20. I still miss her sometimes. Any way, I’m looking forward to seeing more of your old and new channels. You’re doing great. Oh, I forgot to tell you that I have an appointment with the surgeon on the 28th of January which is two days from now. Since I’ve done my research, I know what to look for in a surgeon. The good thing about this one has done a hernia repair on me a long time ago after I had my Gallbladder removed and ended up in a coma for three weeks. He didn’t do the gallbladder one, but he fixed the humongous hernia I got after that. I’m kind of scared and I don’t have anyone to talk to. I wish I could be your friend because you are so positive. I’ve cleaned out the negative friend closet, if you will. If for some reason this message finds you, consider me a sister in Jesus. God Bless y’all, especially you just for being who you are.

OMG nobody has told me anything about this! I'm my 2nd week in post surgery... and my mouth (tongue) it just kinda makes me go bleh! I think I will get that tongue scrapper thing and see if I feel much better after using it!.. And I'm feeling a lot like how you used to feel (video is a few yrs old already lol) mental strain of thinking about food.. not being able to eat.. it's driving me crazy

I just tried it this morning! I got a sample pack of supplements from my bariatric surgeon while I wait to see if my insurance will cover the (surgery). I drink decaf and a hot coffee in the morning is a real comfort thing for me.. more than an iced coffee or coffee flavored smoothie could do. My first impression, taste is sacrificed a little but not enough to stop me! I'm going to Costco to stock up this weekend wether I'm able to have the surgery or not!! 💓

Hangry and Hopeful I don’t like chewables because a lot of them contain fillers like sawdust, and charcoal. Or they’re just sugar. I do doTERRA vitamins because they’re a whole food supplement and they break down easy in my stomach and absorb well.

I do not eat keto anymore. This is an older video. But some people do eat keto in a very healthy way. I recommend you check out free to family on KZfaq and Instagram. She eats keto and has awesome meal preps
