This is a big problem for bigger dudes. I'm currently 114 kg and hydration is already starting to become a big issue. When I wake up I have to drink 2-4 liters of water before I train since otherwise my performance suffers. In total I need about 5-8 liters of water a day. Eddie is quite a bit bigger so for him it must be a massive problem to deal with. Lucky for me I will never get close to his weight.

@@david199508 Joking aside your right, I was once 116kg and thanks to keto im now 74kg but with keto hydration/electrolytes are extremely important for me, im always carrying a 2,2l jug about with me in the car or my work van, just filling it up as I need to.

When I was 17 I was 6 foot 3 135kg and had been training for 2 years (I was fat as but played football and sports as a kid and started lifting at 15) and for 6 months pushed my limits on legs and trained legs everyday and my PR on 45 incline leg press was 500kg for 4 reps and Eddie just throwing them up there like nothing... man it’s mind boggling how strong he is and i think he can press 1000kg it’s insane him and Brian Shaw have been 2 on my biggest motivators for the last 5-10 years first saw Brian Shaw on school holidays flicking channels and saw Brian on his 4th rep of deadlifting a car and was instantly amazed and being a big gentle giant myself instantly related to him and his competitive yet so friendly and genuine personality and as I started watching more wsm events and Arnold’s I quickly started watching Eddie my very first though of him was arrogant but also impressed at the effort he put into everything you could see he wasn’t the biggest guy in the field by any means but he worked harder than most to be among the top and since then I’ve learnt more and more about him and the word arrogant disappeared and the words driven and dedicated replaced it... you’re my inspiration to go for what you’ve had Ed hope you commentate for a few years yet I want to meet you one day 👍🏻 Big love buddy keep up the awesome content loving your work 👌🏻👌🏻
