I compared Pavaroti's openning Pagliacci scene to Placido's opening Pagliacci scene. though Placido put charm into his & his Pagliacci showed physical warmth to Nedda then(Pavaroti's didn't) i like the comic gesture Pavaroti' made in the final act of HIS Palgliacci performance
