You remained calm and polite throughout -well, until after the unlawful search, but anyone having their rights abused and being unlawfully searched is entitled to be a bit rude to the abusers. Also, I love how you re-iterated the point often that these cops abused the rights of an innocent person, whilst the masked "security" guy was committing an offence right in front of them, yet they REFUSED to do anything about that criminal. Not exactly "fair and impartial policing, eh?

According to the law, I could not find any reason that would make you an eligible candidate for a stop and search. It's obvious that the cop was told to carryout the search by someone in the embassy. You were masked up when he first spoke to you and he did not consider that as an issue. It's only when he came out to harrass you. This is why the police have lost the majority of the public's support. It's also appalling that both officer fail to act when you report a crime.

Police took 30 min to arrive they didn't even have a Taser it was a bit different to how police respond to embassies. The cop knew he messed up but does it matter will he get anymore than a slap on the wrist, will it get to court. I hope it does how much will the police pay to keep this out of court.

Couple of points too note here, the cops also have to inform you they are recording you, none of them informed you they were recording. You can also ask for a copy of the recording both outside and when they went inside and you'll find out what the cops and those inside said. Again they are supposed to inform those inside they are recording. DO I NEED TO GIVE THE POLICE A REASON WHY I AM FILMING THEM? If a police officer approaches you and asks why you are filming, you are not obliged to answer. You do not have to tell them who you are or what you are doing. However, most officers will take this an automatic affront to their authority and possibly use it as a reason to abuse you further. Bear in mind also they have videoed you and recorded your voice, your photo could also be ran through facial recognition software to try and identify you. Make sure you get a copy of both officers recordings inside and outside asap.

If he really suspected you of going equipped then he wouldn't have stood there chatting for that long and then leave you on your own while he wandered off into the Embassy. Add to that he knew you were an auditor with a KZfaq channel thus the legitimate reason for being there, not that you needed it anyway but adds weight to the claim. If he'd bothered to get on the radio with a description asking if any ones had dealings with you Guaranteed he'd have a response.

Great video but, If I could point out a couple of things which, in the heat of the search, I know you would have missed. Your search, videoing which he admits was not the only reason, so let's look at the at that and others. Both officers had their BWC on. They didn't inform you, that means it was covert surveillance and as such, has to be authorised by a senior officer. Maybe ask 'who' that senior officer was when you make your complaint. The security wearing a facemask same as you, they overlook that. Your backpack, someone walked by with a bag, they didn't stop them. After talking to foreign officials on foreign soil, both officers set out to abuse your rights on UK soil. Make them accountable.
