The avocado doesn't turn brown? It doesn't seem like you put any citrus or anything to prevent browning. I am looking for something to make the night before and bring for a sports tournament.

If he was much of a chef, he would've done a couple of "run-thrus" to make sure both he and she knew what was happening. There was way too much confusion between them.

There is always a lot of tension in these videos. He is very talented as a chef and she is very genuine. However I’d suggest less competitiveness when it comes to the banter. It almost seems like he gets offended when she suggests something, and she also suggests things that aren’t relevant to what his vision is. Perhaps they should run through things better before shooting... I know it’s easier and might “feel” more organic when you just wing it like you are teaching her, but we can taste the discomfort. However all your food looks great and it’s clear the chef is very knowledgeable. Aloha and I still love your videos.

ROFL!!!! "...Apparently you're going to use a spoon..." This is way too funny!!!!!!!! Been watching for a while and she never seems comfortable assisting you.... In fact, looks like she is terrified of the kitchen. Love your vids, but you need someone more comfortable in the kitchen. Didn't want to say it, but... she's pretty bad on camera. They are"hitting it" for sure!!! He's obviously acting only acting mean so nobody gets any idea. He's hiding their secret relationship. TOO OBVIOUS. He may have a significant other or may be ashamed.
