Here we're utilizing triangle footwork in combination with our striking. There are many types of triangle footwork and many ways to train them. In this video we are focusing on "female" or "advancing" triangle and what I call "open" which is more like a "V" than complete triangle.
Training this way balances out the body and develops striking out of both leads which is valuable for the ring, self-defense, and your health. Enjoy
