It literally translates to "sum of all demons", or for lack of a better word, hell. And apart from that, Paradise Lost is, much like The Divine Comedy a work of art that is based on artistic interpretation of the bible.

Just the sort of jaunty, feel-good flick we need in these wacky, goofy times. A reminder that we are intrinsically evil as a species, and worthy only of eternal damnation and torment. And so this effort will go down in history as one we WON’T have to watch before we die, because we can live the narrative ourselves in hell AFTER we’ve moved on! The CGI and makeup departments get a workout, so that’s a good thing for the French cinema industry. I wonder if monsieur/madame Quarxx has counted how many directors who use only a single moniker have ever been taken seriously? Based on this trailer I offer this bold prediction: I’ll be there with bells on!!! Can’t wait. No, really.

For a person from such a culture, the appearance of computer monitor screen displaying such a trailer, is a demon on its own right.
