The problem I was having for a long long time was, the anxiety waves felt so overwhelming and debilitating that it was very hard to function. When your anxiety is so high that you can’t make a decision on even what to wear that day or what to eat for breakfast, it’s really hard to not fight that feeling, because you just want to get on with your day, but it’s sooooo freaking difficult.

This is life changing info. Thank you. I've always struggled with the "not reassuring" because it follows the obsession within milliseconds, almost out of my control. But I love (hate 😅) the idea of reintroducing the obsession and then just sitting with the anxiety it creates.

Here is a question (please reply) Does allowing the thought to be there and do it's thing (and after sometime getting numb to it), transform your brain physically and therefore your reaction to that specific event if it ever happened in real. I don't want to be emotion less and numb to it if it ever happen in real... I want to be angry and express myself totally. I don't want to change who I am for a intrusive thought.
