One of the simple and hearty dishes of Azerbaijan national cuisine - is Baku style Parcha bozbash. This delicious dish is mostly eaten on cold winter days. That's why it's time to cook the Bozbash and make your family happy with a wonderful dinner.
Ingredients:
Lamb meat (bony) - 1.5 kg
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs
Chick peas - 100 gr
Onions - 2 pcs
Chestnut - 100 gr
Dried plum - 5-6 pcs
Quince - 1 pc (seasonal)
Salt - 1 tbsp
Saffron water - 2 tbsp
Peppercorns
Bay leaf
