It is to do with good behaviour from generation to generation learnt from capable parents and learning institutions. Islamic rules, conditions and way of life plays an important role in developing a generation. Our emphasis had always been to produce baabus who could go to an office and earn two square meals, nothing more. It did not matter whether the person is a gentleman or a ruffian of the society. The word Grooming has never been part of educational institutions.
