Part 1 - Reassembly M5R1 Transmission
1. Reinstall counter shaft
2. Reinstall main shaft (output shaft)
3. Reinstall input shaft with needle bearings and synchro
4. Reinstall front and rear bearings for the counter shaft
5. Reinstall front and rear bearings for the main shaft (output shaft)
6. Reinstall cover plate for the input shaft (12mm bolts)
7. Reinstall cover plate for rear output shaft (12mm bolts)
8. Reinstall steel ball at the counter shaft
9. Reinstall sleeve at the counter shaft
10. Reinstall 5th gear (driver) with half moon needle bearings and synchro onto counter shaft
11. Reinstall 5th gear (driven) onto the main shaft (output shaft)
12. Reinstall 5th gear shift fork and hub assembly
