On my Sentar, the pump pulley has set screws on the back of the pulley....getting the pulley off the shaft os a major conflagration!

@nhallstar007 it pretty much fell off when the bolt was removed. You could try using a pry bar like the one I used in the part 2 video. Mine had been getting sprayed with hydraulic fluid for a while before the repair so that might have helped. If the pump is trashed you could try to heat with a torch and quench with a hose to try to loosen it up a bit. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching and asking. @@NaturesCadenceFarm thank you, I’ve got to take the pulley off to access the carriage bolt and replace it as it fell off this season. The pulley’s on pretty tight which has made things difficult. I’ll give it some penetrant and heat tomorrow and give it another shot. Thank you for the reply!

We're you able to get it off? My carriage bolt also fell off. Oddly enough the small bolt holding the pulley to shaft is also missing. The pully almost seems crooked on the shaft. It is very stuck. Doesn't seem to be moving with pry bar. I'm concerned about harming the pump or shaft with heat but I am close to heating it@@nhallstar007
