Thank you ashley!! I am a home ed mum and tried to do this with my 6-year old 😂 he tapped out after 5 mins but i was able to do the rest of the workout alone and loved it! I am on a big healing journey and know i need pilates type exercise to fully heal my gut (as well as all the diet/lifestyle of course) and this plus your gorgeous cool-down is perfect! Thank you Ashley for this amazing channel!!❤
