Passat ABS/ESP activating while driving... Fault finding and repair.

This Passat you activate the ABS every time you would put your foot on the break, this untill the ABS, ESP and Brake light was illuminated...
A quick scan revealed 00290...
But, was this a sensor problem?

Wish I had a guy like you near me. I'm having warning light issues and all mechanics around just want to throw new parts at it, they dont even bother trying to look for the root cause. Keep up the great work

One thing that really really works in every single car that you fix is… the fuel gage. If someday one fuel gage says it’s full, it’s definitely broken!

Great job again Luis.I see a lot of that.I wondering that you was able to make the steering angle calibration.......bearing foult normaly makes that imposible.

Another great video with good detail. Can't beat the maxisys, I have the MX808 and although it does not have as many functions as the maxisys, I would not buy another brand as Autel supply good diagnostic readers/coders. Had mine for a few years and to be honest not had the need to upgrade but no doubt the time will come, but one things for sure, I would stick to Autel...Great pieces of kit...
